Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST POS handhelds
• Serve food and drinks efficiently
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Process cash and card transactions accurately tableside
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, and ensuring proper food presentation in line with safety standards

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is helpful
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while delivering excellent guest relations
• Skills in upselling menu items to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence

Pay: $11.41 per hour
