About BBH

BBH Bangkok Broth House is a Thai restaurant focused on authentic flavors, quality food, and friendly, efficient service. We are looking for energetic, experienced, and responsible servers to join our Fountain Valley team.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and promptly.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Explain menu items and make recommendations when needed.
• Enter orders correctly into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Safely handle and serve very hot dishes, including noodle soups, ramen-style bowls, and hot pots.
• Check on guests throughout their meal and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, and server stations.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, managers, and other FOH team members.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and inform a manager when necessary.
• Process payments accurately.
• Follow restaurant food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Help teammates during busy periods and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant serving experience is required.
• Experience working in a restaurant that serves hot dishes such as ramen, noodle soup, hot pot, or similar items is highly preferred.
• Must be comfortable safely carrying and serving very hot bowls, plates, and hot pots.
• Must have experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Able to stay organized and maintain good service during busy rush periods.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and dependable.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to carry trays, plates, hot bowls, and restaurant supplies safely.
• Must maintain professional appearance and proper uniform.
• Must have or obtain a valid California Food Handler Card.
• Weekend and evening availability is highly preferred.

Customer Service Expectations

Servers are expected to acknowledge and greet guests quickly, stay attentive throughout the dining experience, maintain strong menu knowledge, safely handle hot dishes, and help create the warm hospitality that represents BBH Bangkok Broth House.
