Server

About the role

The Server is responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking and serving orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and assisting in the smooth daily operations of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with seating and provide menus
• Explain menu items, ingredients, promotions, and available options when needed
• Take customer orders accurately and confirm orders before submitting them
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer requests
• Monitor customers during their meal and provide assistance when needed
• Serve food and beverages properly and promptly
• Clear used plates, glasses, utensils, and other table items promptly
• Keep tables, chairs, floors, counters, and service areas clean and organized
• Work closely with the Supervisor, Cashier, Kitchen Staff, and other Servers
