Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all requests are noted.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to assist guests in their selections.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service area.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchen spaces.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution to enhance guest relations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in transactions.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of culinary practices is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage with guests about menu offerings.
