Bigotes Street Tacos is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced, family-friendly sports bar that prides itself on creating a fun atmosphere, building relationships with guests, and delivering an unforgettable experience every time.

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills who knows how to create regular customers, keep energy high, and help drive sales through hospitality, personality, and upselling.

Even though we have self-order kiosks, customer service remains a huge part of this position. Guests still expect attention, friendliness, recommendations, quick assistance, and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create a fun, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere for guests
• Greet customers immediately and make them feel at home
• Assist guests with kiosks and take orders when needed
• Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Make alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Upsell appetizers, drinks, desserts, specials, and add-ons
• Build relationships with customers and help create loyal regulars
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Keep the dining room, bar, and front areas clean and organized at all times
• Help run food, bus tables, restock supplies, and support the team however needed
• Maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts and game days
• Work with urgency while still providing a great guest experience

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and high-energy personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Must be proactive and always find ways to help
• Comfortable talking to guests and making recommendations
• Restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated
