Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service in a lively dining environment. Your role is vital in creating memorable moments for our guests, ensuring their satisfaction from the moment they arrive until their departure. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting daily specials and beverage options to enhance the dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication between the kitchen and front of house
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
• Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems, process payments, and provide receipts with professionalism
• Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for efficient order processing and sales tracking
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to engage guests positively
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
• Previous experience in serving, host/hostess roles, or bartending is highly desirable
• Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus to better understand menu items and food preparation processes
