Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic server to join our diner family! (18+)The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and hospitality. As a Server, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while supporting a positive and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, genuine demeanor to ensure they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, using basic math skills to process them correctly.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, making sure every item meets our quality standards.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately using the register.
• Keep the dining area clean and sanitary, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and resolve any guest concerns quickly.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with restaurant policy.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
• Basic math skills are important for handling payments and orders.
• Familiarity with food safety and handling is helpful.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest-first mindset are essential.
• Must be comfortable multitasking and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
