Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and proper beverage handling techniques
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including sales transaction processing and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods or special events

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for smooth order processing
• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and creating welcoming atmospheres
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving, bussing, and cashiering duties
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, beverage service, and drink presentation techniques
• Basic math skills for handling bills, processing payments accurately, and managing cash transactions
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, food handling procedures, and food industry regulations

Pay: $5.00 - $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
