Counter Server

Stella Blue is looking for friendly, dependable counter servers to join our team. If you love good coffee, great baked goods, and making customers feel welcome, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Take orders at the counter and run the POS
• Guide customers through our menu and help them find something they'll love
• Serve baked goods, coffee, tea, lattes, and smoothies
• Keep the counter and service area clean and stocked
• Help with light food prep as you settle in
• Clean the counter and dining room at the end of the day

What we're looking for

• Previous barista, deli counter, or other food service experience (required)
• A warm, upbeat attitude and a knack for talking with customers
• Comfort working at a steady pace during busy rushes
• Reliability and a team-first mindset
• Your own reliable transportation is required.

The schedule

• Part-time position
• 1 to 3 shifts per week, each running 4 to 8 hours
• Weekend availability is appreciated

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 24.0 per week
