Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Assist with food preparation and handling, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Provide support as needed in various roles, including host/host duties during peak times.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Time management abilities to handle multiple tables and requests efficiently.
• Familiarity with OpenTable for reservation management is a plus.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial.
• Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation protocols is required.
