Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and will be responsible for taking orders, serving food, and handling transactions efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Duties

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Maintain in-depth menu knowledge to answer questions and make suggestions
• Operate the POS systems for order entry and cash handling.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide change accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders.
• Assist with inventory management and stock supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health regulations regarding food handling and safety.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required. Speaking Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Spanish is a plus.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
• Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must provide a valid social security number/legal documentation to work in the United States.
