Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
• Ensure all food is prepared according to safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Uphold fine dining standards by providing attentive service and maintaining professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to sanitize work areas effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A passion for fine dining experiences is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
