Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Server/bartender, you will be responsible for all duties of serving and crafting cocktails, serving beverages, serving food and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to engage with customers and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• efficiently greet, seat, take orders, input order, delivery food, and finalize customer experience
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system; process payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is mandatory; we value a willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided for those unfamiliar.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a busy restaurant or bar environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $17.20-$24.34 per hour
