Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the OpenTable system or cash register.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary restrictions.
• Prepare food items as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling and safety regulations.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while checking on guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Strong food handling skills with an understanding of safety regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Outstanding guest relations skills with the ability to create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
