Job Overview

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including specialty cocktails such as margaritas and tequila-based drinks, and classic cocktails
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Assist in the preparation of cocktails, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally to ensure a positive dining experience
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, especially related to cocktails and Mexican cuisine
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to uphold health standards

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is required
• Cocktail experience is highly desirable, particularly familiarity with margaritas, tequila, and other mixed drinks
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse guests in a friendly manner
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
