Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Utilize reservation management tools like Resy to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize table turnover
• Follow food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards in food service

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience, particularly in fine dining is highly desirable
• Proven skills in customer service, guest relations, and upselling techniques
• Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling transactions
• Familiarity with restaurant operations such as serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, and food preparation
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of the food industry standards for safety and hospitality excellence
