Server

Good food, a lively dining room, and a team that knows how to handle the rush. We’re looking for a Server in Mission who enjoys meeting people and can make a busy shift feel easy for the guests at their tables.

You’ll be the person who welcomes them in, helps them choose from the menu, and notices when they need another drink or a quick answer. Some guests know exactly what they want; others need a recommendation. If you like good conversation, moving around, and working with teammates who pitch in for each other, you’ll enjoy this role.

Here’s the deal

• Full-time and Part-time hours available
• Shifts scheduled across Monday through Sunday
• Hourly base pay plus tips
• An active, people-facing role with plenty of variety

What happens on a shift?

You’ll greet guests, explain menu items, take food and drink orders, and serve them accurately. You’ll check back during the meal, handle payments, and help reset tables for the next guests.

When the dining room gets busy, you’ll stay in touch with the kitchen and other servers so orders and guest requests keep moving. Between rushes, you’ll help prepare your section and make sure it’s ready to welcome people again.

You’ll fit in well if you’re:

• Friendly and comfortable talking to guests
• Quick to notice when someone needs help
• Reliable with your shifts
• Calm when several tables need you at once
• Happy to support the rest of the team

Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but it isn’t essential. We can show you the menu and how service works. Bring a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

If you want a Server role in Mission where the shifts move quickly and you get to make someone’s day a little better, apply with your current resume.
