Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Process sales transactions smoothly, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to maximize sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and service
• Assist with food preparation tasks when needed and support kitchen staff during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations; bus tables and reset for new guests
• Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and cocktail options based on guest preferences
• Engage with guests to foster positive relationships and handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally

Experience

• Previous food service experience in restaurants, bars, or nightclubs is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience with cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits handling, and beverage service is desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced settings
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs effectively
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
• Experience working in fine dining environments or hospitality roles is advantageous
• Open availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
