About the Opportunity:
Oasthouse Kitchen + Bar is looking for exceptional servers to join our award-winning team. We’re seeking hospitality professionals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, have expertise in wine, and possess outstanding salesmanship to help elevate our service and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage guests warmly, guide them through our menu and ordering process.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations, including wine pairings, to enhance each guest’s experience.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized service areas.
• Expedite and run food orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle to-go orders, counter service, and bar service (beer & wine).
• Bus and sanitize tables to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere with excellent communication and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Work closely with the FOH manager and support the team in daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar server role, ideally in a high-volume or upscale environment.
• Strong wine knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing it with guests.
• Proven ability to upsell and meet sales goals.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• TABC certification and valid food handler certification.
