We are seeking an Entry-Level Server (Part-Time) to join our FOH team onsite. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced morning shifts, connecting with guests, and delivering warm, efficient service. You’ll learn our menu, build regulars, earn tips, and grow your hospitality skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide a friendly, attentive dining experience from seating through payment.
• Take accurate orders and make knowledgeable menu recommendations, highlighting specials and add-ons.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle cash responsibly.
• Deliver food and beverages quickly and ensure orders meet quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining areas; reset tables for the next guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to manage timing and guest requests.
• Support opening or closing duties as assigned, including sidework and basic inventory checks.

Qualifications

Required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills; friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as schedule requires.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and splitting checks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; willing to obtain any required local food-safety or alcohol-service certifications.

Preferred

• Previous restaurant or front-of-house experience, especially in breakfast or brunch service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order-taking technology.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment and maintain composure during peak periods.
• Spanish or other bilingual skills to better serve our diverse guest base.
