Salt & Vine is coming to downtown Frederick, and we’re building a team that believes dining out should feel like time well spent.

We’re looking for Servers who know that great hospitality is about more than taking an order. It’s about paying attention, knowing your menu, anticipating what a guest needs, and creating an experience people want to come back to.

At Salt & Vine, our food is thoughtful and handcrafted, our pasta is made by hand, and our wine program is designed to be explored and shared. We’re looking for people who are genuinely excited about food, wine, hospitality, and connecting with guests.

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, polished, and genuinely hospitable experience for every guest
• Guide guests through our menu, wine, and beverage offerings with confidence
• Take accurate orders and communicate clearly with the culinary and bar teams
• Anticipate guest needs rather than simply reacting to them
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room
• Work closely with the entire team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Represent Salt & Vine with professionalism, energy, and care

What We’re Looking For

• Previous serving experience preferred
• A genuine interest in food, wine, and hospitality
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Someone who takes pride in the details
• A calm, positive presence during busy services
• A team-first attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed

Wine knowledge is a plus, but curiosity matters just as much. We want people who are excited to learn and grow.

Pay: $450.00 - $1,100.00 per week
