Duties

• Serve food and drinks professionally while maintaining a clean and organized work station
• Ensure food safety standards are followed during food handling, serving, and presentation
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
• Ability to perform basic math for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Basic culinary or kitchen experience is a plus, including understanding of food preparation practices
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a lively environment
• Willingness to learn about menu items, wine pairings, and upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences
