Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques like OpenTable reservations and upselling strategies
• Process cash and card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service during busy periods

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments with a strong focus on guest relations
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing
• Culinary experience or beverage knowledge including spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and drink service
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during high-volume hours
• Ability to perform basic math for sales transactions and tip calculations accurately
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional appearance
• Food handling certification or food safety training preferred but not required
• Previous experience in nightclub or bar settings is a plus for energetic environments

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 37.0 per week
