Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, whether in a fine dining setting or a vibrant nightclub atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions.
• Uphold the restaurant’s standards for service quality, including fine dining etiquette when applicable.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining establishment is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is essential.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
• Must be able to handle high-pressure situations gracefully while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to providing excellent service is essential.

Pay: $19.76 - $21.88 per hour
