Job Responsibilities:
The employee will be responsible for delivering professional, fine dining–level service to all guests. This includes greeting and seating guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages with attention to detail, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring each guest has a polished and enjoyable dining experience. The role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, punctuality, and a commitment to Antonellas Italian Ristorante’s standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Experience:

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable.
• Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices is essential.
• Background in hospitality roles like host/host or bussing can be advantageous.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations.
