Red Robin in Vancouver, WA is looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Server to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive table service throughout the dining experience
• Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented attitude
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining room

Requirements:

• Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol per Washington State law
• MAST permit (or willingness to obtain) for responsible alcohol service
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
