As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every dining experience is memorable, from taking orders to serving food and drinks with professionalism and care.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, using the Aloha POS system for order entry.
• Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ensure that all food handling and sanitation practices are followed in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards before serving.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow.
• Uphold fine dining standards by providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and wine pairings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Excellent math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and preparation techniques is an asset.
• A positive attitude with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
• Experience in nightlife or nightclub environments is a plus but not mandatory.
