At the Cincinnati Woman's Club, we are steeped in tradition, friendship and community that has been a part of the Cincinnati community since 1894. We have an excellent opportunity to join our team a a server in our iconic Tea Room with occasional evening and weekend events.

We pride ourselves on offering an incredible working atmosphere to include a great work life balance, meals provided, supportive management and membership base.

Training is provided on site and we focus on the level of service that we provide to our membership, not on sales. So no sales pressures, in order to focus on the quality of service to our members.

What we are looking for

• Friendly, polished and attentive service professionals.
• The ability to be flexible in understanding the tailored approach to dining in a private membership club and someone who will embrace that culture.
• Those with a hospitality focused can-do attitude who are always considering the fine details of what truly makes for an incredible guest experience. Focusing on how they made their guests feel rather than simply providing the service.
• The ability to foster relationships and bond with the membership. You become family!
• Someone who is always willing to help others and who has a team focused attitude.
• Someone who appreciates and respects tradition.

Schedule is primarily Monday-Friday during business hours with occasional Saturdays and evenings. The Cincinnati Woman's Club is closed on Sundays.

Compensation is set at $15 per hour, then raised to $15.50 after successfully completing your first 90 days for Full Time employees. Gratuity is paid if working events. Full benefits to full time employees!

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
