Server

IHOP is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Greet guests warmly and present menus.
* Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders using a point-of-sale system.
* Deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently and courteously.
* Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
* Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
* Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
* Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
* Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Positive attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
* Basic math skills for handling payments.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
