Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen attention to detail. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food and beverage selections.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or other point-of-sale systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Process payments accurately using basic math skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling, food safety, and food preparation practices is essential.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for processing orders and payments efficiently.
