Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, provide menus, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Process cash transactions accurately, handle credit card payments, and manage tabs with precision using POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant software.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations; bus tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques in compliance with health regulations.
• Build strong guest relations through attentive service, personalized recommendations, and friendly communication.
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen duties when needed during busy periods or special events such as nightclub nights or private parties.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement.
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong guest relations focus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Pay: $3.50 - $25.00 per hour
