Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale)
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling, and during food preparation
• Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality guest service
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards and sanitation regulations
• Cleaning after shift completion is part of the job

Experience

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving procedures and guest interactions
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with food handling, sanitation, and basic math for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances the guest experience
• Familiarity with food industry standards including food safety, food preparation, and hospitality principles
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a busy restaurant setting while maintaining professionalism
• Ability to work late closing hours

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
