Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, wine knowledge, spirits experience, or dietary needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Set guest tables and buffets

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with guests in a lively and professional manner
• Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques
• Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, food handling procedures, and proper serving etiquette
• Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus to better understand food preparation processes
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment in fast-paced settings such as fine dining or casual events
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of hospitality

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
