We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bar team
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Process cash transactions and credit card payments accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
• Culinary experience or beverage knowledge including wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and drink service is advantageous
• Food safety certification or understanding of sanitation standards required; food handling experience is preferred
• Experience with OpenTable reservations system or similar platforms is beneficial
• Familiarity with food industry terminology such as upselling techniques, food preparation processes, and guest relations strategies

Pay: $16.00 - $45.00 per hour
