Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Must have 2+ years of experience serving in a restaurant setting and at least 19 years old to serve alcohol in the great state of Idaho.

$3.25 starting wage plus tips. Paid training will be $7.25 an hour (Idaho State Minimum wage). Bartending experience is a plus as we are looking to add to our bartending staff for the busy winter months but want to see how you perform as a server and how your hospitality standards are.

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
• Process payments and operate cash registers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Knowledge of food industry practices and guest services
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Basic food preparation knowledge is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in basic math for order processing and bill calculations
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and etiquette
