Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Support opening and closing duties, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and POS transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in Korean / Japanese food service or restaurant roles, including serving, host/hostess, or bussing experience
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Experience with fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for guest relations and team collaboration
• Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks
• Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required
