Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including drink service, spirits pouring, wine knowledge, and cocktail preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation or setup when needed to support kitchen operations and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport and handle diverse needs gracefully
• Familiarity with food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills confidently
• Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail mixing techniques, and beverage service best practices
• Previous experience with culinary or beverage industry roles is highly desirable
