Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a memorable dining experience
• Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards
• Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding menu items and food preparation processes
• Open availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
