Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
• Assist customers in locating products and provide product information
• Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Promote current sales, promotions, and discounts to customers
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
• Knowledge of wireless sales, technology sales, appliance sales, or jewelry sales is a plus
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is an advantage
• Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette

Pay: $2.15 - $2.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
