Part-Time Servers

Would you love to be part of an exciting new opening in the heart of Edinburgh? Do you enjoy delivering friendly, personable hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests? This could be the role for you.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and passionateServers to join our opening team and help bring this exciting new venue to life.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly and approachable attitude
• Deliver attentive and knowledgeable service across the floor and bar
• Take and serve drink orders accurately and confidently
• Prepare and serve beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks to a high standard
• Build excellent product knowledge and confidently make informed recommendations
• Highlight promotions and help drive sales while enhancing the guest experience
• Prepare, clear and reset tables while maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout the venue
• Operate tills and handle payments accurately
• Work effectively during busy service periods while remaining calm, organised and attentive
• Follow licensing legislation, Challenge 25 procedures and health & safety standards

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous floor, bar, restaurant or hospitality experience (desirable)
• A genuine passion and enjoyment for hospitality
• An interest in, or basic understanding of, beers, wines, spirits and cocktails
• A friendly, confident and approachable personality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to thrive in a busy environment
• A flexible approach to working part-time, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
