Opening 2: Tuesday – Saturday | 4:00 PM – 9:00PM (With occasional hours to 11:00 PM)
Hourly (Based on Experience)

Open to offering one candidate a split shift as well.

At Solvino, we’re not a traditional restaurant—and this isn’t a traditional service role.

We are a private members wine bar and bottle shop built around thoughtful hospitality, exceptional wine, and meaningful guest experiences. Our pace is intentional, our service is refined, and our guests come to relax, connect, and enjoy.

We’re looking for someone with a fine dining background who is ready to step into a more grounded, guest-focused environment—where hospitality is not rushed, and every interaction matters.

What You’ll Do

A typical day at Solvino is centered around elevated but approachable service:

• Take and guide lunch orders for members and guests
• Deliver food and wine service to the lounge and patio
• Execute proper wine service including:
• Opening bottles
• Decanting
• Pouring and glassware management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment
• Build genuine relationships with members through consistent, thoughtful service

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
• A strong sense of hospitality—this is the most important trait
• Someone who enjoys building relationships with guests over time
• Comfort with wine service (or a strong desire to learn)
• A calm, composed presence in a slower-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support across roles

Compensation & Structure

• Hourly pay based on experience
• Tipless service model inside the members club (hospitality-first, no gratuity accepted)
• Traditional tipping applies for patio service
