CHOOSING A SELECT FEW SERVERS FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE

Join our busy, high-volume restaurant where experienced servers have the opportunity to earn excellent income.

Fireside Deli & Family Restaurant is a well-established, busy family restaurant with a large menu, high customer volume, and fast-paced service. We are looking for experienced servers who can confidently handle a busy section and deliver great service while keeping up with the pace.

This position is best suited for servers who already have solid restaurant experience.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous serving experience, preferably in a busy/high-volume restaurant
• Can confidently manage multiple tables and a busy section
• Is comfortable working with a large menu
• Is fast, organized, and able to multitask
• Provides friendly, attentive, and professional service
• Has strong communication skills
• Works well under pressure
• Is reliable and punctual
• Can work effectively as part of a team
• Has evening and weekend availability

This is NOT an entry-level serving position.

We are looking for servers who already understand the pace and responsibility that comes with working in a busy restaurant. You should be comfortable taking orders, managing multiple tables, coordinating with the kitchen, handling payments, and keeping your guests happy during a rush.
