American Yacht Club is seeking personable, dependable servers to join our Food & Beverage team. Located on Long Island Sound, AYC offers waterfront dining, a welcoming member community, and a team that takes pride in thoughtful hospitality.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting to know guests, anticipates their needs, and brings care and professionalism to every shift.

What You’ll Do

• Provide attentive, friendly service to members and their guests.
• Learn our menus, daily specials, and beverage offerings to make confident recommendations.
• Accurately enter orders, confirm member information, and communicate with the kitchen and bar.
• Maintain your section, including table setup, water service, clearing, and resetting.
• Assist with private events and club functions as needed.
• Complete opening and closing duties and participate in pre-shift meetings.
• Work closely with fellow servers, bartenders, runners, bussers, and managers.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant, hotel, or private club serving experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A reliable teammate who arrives prepared and follows through.
• Interest in food, wine, cocktails, and continued learning.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stay organized and professional during busy service.
