Job Summary
Reba's Place is a restaurant, bar, live music venue, and retail store created by Reba McEntire in her hometown of Atoka, Oklahoma. Our three-story historic building is full of Reba's favorite things: great food, great drinks, and family. Servers spend more one-on-one time with guests than anyone else on the team, so your guest interaction matters most. You'll give our local and traveling guests a top-notch, welcoming, fun experience from the first hello to the last goodbye.

What you'll do

• Create a welcoming, fun guest experience that meets our training standards
• Enter orders accurately and on time using our POS system
• Make sure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal
• Know the menu in depth: how items are cooked, ingredients, and portion sizes
• Check food quality and speak up if a plate doesn't meet the standard
• Let management know right away if a guest issue comes up
• Pre-bus and bus tables at the right times
• Sweep and wipe down the restaurant and server stations regularly
• Stock what you need to get through your shift
• Handle cash check-outs and return correct change
• Care for handheld technology and return it to the charger in the condition you got it
• Complete opening and closing tasks
• Arrive in uniform, with your bank, ready to hit the floor

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Able to stand for long periods, bend, and stoop
• Able to work around heat
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs

Pay: $5.00 per hour
