Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food and beverage service while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Greet guests promptly, presenting menus and providing detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system, ensuring all special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety and handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in the training of new staff members on guest relations and service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for excellent guest relations at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow during peak hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or as a server is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome those eager to learn.
• Familiarity with culinary terminology and food safety practices is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and relationship building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with sales techniques is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.
