Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and upselling techniques to enhance sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
• Assist in food preparation or kitchen support when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining or hospitality backgrounds
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
