Responsibilities of our Servers:

• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality while creating memorable dining experiences from greeting through farewell.

• Guide guests through the menu by confidently describing dishes, seasonal features, cocktails, wine selections, and food pairings.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience.

• Execute all company service standards and steps of service with consistency and professionalism.

• Accurately enter orders, process payments, and ensure timely, accurate food and beverage delivery.

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and beverage offerings.

• Practice responsible alcohol service and verify identification in accordance with company and state requirements.

• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, culinary teams, food runners, and managers to ensure seamless service.

• Maintain clean, organized stations and complete opening, running, and closing side work, including stocking supplies, and preparing the dining room for service.

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.

• Participate in ongoing training and continually expand product knowledge.

• Complete all training set forth by management

• Maintain performance standards and motivates team through positive role modeling

• Performs any additional responsibilities, although not listed, as asked by a manager at any time

• Minimum two years of serving experience; upscale casual or fine dining experience preferred.

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Professional appearance consistent with company standards.

• Able to report to work as scheduled, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

• Adhere to restaurant uniform policy at all times

• Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
