Server

**Server/Bartender - Prior food industry experience preferred (not required)

Familiarity with Thai food or Sushi a plus, not mandatory**

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating arrangements, providing a friendly first impression.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS system.
• Upsell menu items by highlighting specials and recommended dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Make drink orders and cocktails following provided instructions
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments through POS.
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff with food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests with professionalism.
• Support food preparation when needed, adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

Experience

• No prior experience required but Prior Server/Bartender experience preferred.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, especially in upscale food service environments.
• Knowledge of Square or other POS systems is advantageous.
• Experience in guest services roles like host/host or food server helps build strong customer relations skills.
• Culinary experience or background in food handling enhances your ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and ensure quality service.
• Strong time management skills are essential for managing multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices.
