Server

We are looking for servers and bartenders to provide an excellent guest dining experience at both our Yellowtail locations. Good servers and bartenders understand the menu and drinks creating an experience that exceeds customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service

• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks

• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times

• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff

• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

• Deliver checks and collect payments from guests

• Restock and replenish restaurant inventory and supplies

• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Computer literacy

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Ability to keep the restaurant organized, stocked and clean

• No experience necessary

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $2.13 - $20.00 per hour
