Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering menus and answering initial questions about the menu and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Support kitchen staff by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with basic food preparation when needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for reservations and order management
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Previous experience in serving, host/hostess roles, or bartending is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
• Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus but not required
